WBL-Shots is an online radio show, blog and Work Based Learning (WBL) community discussion space tackling burning issues from the WBL sector in the UK. The presenters will deal with a wide range of WBL-related topics, but there is likely to be a particular emphasis on the use of e-learning for WBL delivery. Hosted by Derrin and Meg of TDM, each "WBL-Shot" is about 10 minutes long, and they will be released bimonthly. There will also be occasional "Ricochets"…. opportunities to hear extracts from live interviews held with key figures in the WBL and wider educational sector. Shot number 2 was recently released and posed the question: has WBL become too assessor led? In this episode, Derrin talks to two anonymous assessors, based somewhere in the UK’s West Midlands.
